Privacy Policy

We consider it a privilege to be entrusted with your email address and other personal information. This Privacy Policy was created to help inform you of our strong commitment to your safety, privacy and the protection of your personal information.

Why did you receive a mailing from us?

Our email marketing is 100% permission based. We do not gather, purchase or subscribe to third-party email address providers.

If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("subscribed"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.

If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to our site Administrator at Contact Us for review.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

We don't appreciate unwanted email any more than you do. As such, each email you receive from us contains a simple, automated way to cease receiving email (un-subscribe) or to change your Customer Account information. If you wish to do this, simply follow the Un-subscribe or Customer Account links at the end of any email.

How many emails will you be sending me?

It is our policy to limit the number of emails we send to you each month to the minimum necessary to keep you informed of Rev. Kerry's work; normally this will be five or less per month.

How we protect your privacy

Kerrychinn.com has gone to great lengths to ensure the safety and privacy of your personal information and corresponding use of our website. Here are some of the measures we take with each visitor to our site.

Our website and associated customer database utilize the latest 256-bit Secure Site License technology. This means that every keystroke sent to us is encrypted and unreadable to even the most sophisticated data theft systems. This combined with other appropriate security measures (such as multiple firewalls, secured environment, up-to-date virus and spyware software, etc.) protects against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our website.

Further, our website is designed so as not to premanently store your credit or debit card information. In the event you use a card to purchase a service or product from our website, that information is only relayed to the appropriate service provider. It is not stored in any manner on our site.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Use of Web Cookies

Our website utilizes web cookies. These cookies do not store or track any personal information about you. They are simply used by our website to provide status information necessary for the proper operation of our website. For example; knowing which page you are visiting, knowing the contents of your shopping cart (if any), and knowing the duration of each visit to our website.
